On Sunday July 12 at the Vineyard Domaine des Cotes d’Ardoise in Dunham, the official opening of the 9th edition of the annual sculpture exhibition NATURE ET CREATION will take place. The exposition will be presided by the honourable Mr. Clément Richard, a good friend of the artists. The exposition will be showing until October 15, 2009.
A few years back, Nature et Creation became the most important outdoors sculpture exhibition in Quebec due to the important number of artists, pieces and materials involved in the exposition.
This year, 35 sculptors, including 12 women, are invited to the exhibition and they will present 75 masterpieces scattered around the vineyard site that add to 50 other smaller pieces. This 9th edition is organized by Dunham’s Nature et Creation, a non-profit organization, with the collaboration of the City of Dunham, the Brome-Missisquoi RCM, CJPX 99.5 radio station and the Damafro Society. We wish to express a special thank you to the volunteers of the local development committee of Dunham, Mme Laroque and Mme Claire Dubé for their essential administrative work.
