The goal of this web site is not only to make you discover the Vineyard Domaine des
Cotes d’Ardoise and its products, but also to share with you our passion for vine-growing
and the transformation from grape into wine on Quebecois land.
Modern wine-growing in Quebec is a new adventure; thought senseless and doomed to
failure by many in 1980 and most of them have not changed their minds since. The future
will tell us if they were right. On the meantime, we do believe and it is there where our
pleasure and satisfaction is found.
